The mission of the YCEC is to
develop an informal communication network among future industry executives
in order to:

  • Promote network relationships within the construction industry. 

  • Develop a forum to establish industry contacts and leads.

  • Provide information on industry activities and opportunities that will enhance and profit the individual and their respective company.

  • Provide an opportunity for members to invest in their employees' development as the next generation of construction executives.

  • Leadership development.

The club will accomplish its objectives through:

Educational Lunch Bag Sizzlers seminar series, networking events and leadership development courses and tutorials.

Exclusively for construction management employees 40 years of age and under who must be directly involved in construction, manufacturing and supply of construction related material or architectural and engineering services.
