The course will introduce and define terms associated with workplace violence and harassment.  Employers will be shown the necessary structure and elements of a Workplace Violence and Harassment program.  It will also set out what workers need to understand about how to identify, report on and control undesirable behaviors in the workplace.

Our online workplace violence training course will ensure that employers, managers, supervisors, and employees understand the rights of other workers, what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable behavior, and how to create a policy that will enforce and control workplace interactions.
