CCDC 2CcQ – 2024 Stipulated Price Contract (Civil Code of Québec Version)

Standard prime contract between Owner and prime Contractor to perform the required work for a single, pre determined fixed price or lump sum, regardless of the Contractor’s actual costs. This version of the standard CCDC 2 was made for use with Québec’s unique civil code.
