LP Champagne is a public affairs professional with over twenty years’ experience in federal, provincial, and municipal politics. He has a proven track record in government relations, strategic communications, and specializes in planning and executing successful advocacy campaigns.
As Associate Vice-President of Public Affairs & Industry Practices at the Canadian Construction Association (CCA),  
Louis-Philippe is a graduate of the School of Applied Politics of the University of Sherbrooke. Originally from Chaudière-Appalaches in Québec, he now resides in Ontario and is fluently bilingual. Avid rock and ice climbers, he and his wife Audrey share a passion for the outdoors and mountaineering.

     

  Craig Maloney , MBA, CPA, CA, CBV
Managing Director, Corporate Finance, Valuations and Litigation Support groups, MNP

Craig specializes in helping family-owned businesses with mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance issues. Craig’s services include business valuation and pricing analysis, helping owners establish relationships with lenders and source capital, assisting with business planning and management structuring and creating financial models for budgeting and forecasting. When working with clients selling their businesses, he provides full service, from identifying buyers to reviewing the tax implications and helping with negotiation. Craig received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dalhousie University in 2003. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation. Craig is past Atlantic Regional Director for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and has instructed courses on valuation and business acquisition for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia since 2010. In his free time, he coaches minor hockey.

     
   Allan Broudno, CFA, CFP, CIM
Senior Manager, Family Office Services, MNP
 
Allan delivers a wide range of family office services with an emphasis on financial planning and wealth oversight. Allan draws on a diverse and extensive background in wealth management, having successfully advised clients on matters pertaining to investments, retirement and estate planning, strategic use of debt and insurance, as well as philanthropic planning. Prior to joining MNP, Allan’s work focused on the private client space where he provided professional wealth planning and investment management services at firms ranging from leading financial institutions to specialized boutiques. Simplifying complexity to drive informed and confident decision-making has long been a hallmark of his process, partnering with clients to uncover opportunities and navigate challenges in the pursuit of their goals. Allan is a CFA charterholder, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).
   
 

Geoff Vogt
Superintendent of Facility Services and Capital Planning, Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB)

Geoff Vogt is the Superintendent of Facility Services and Capital Planning at TVDSB. Geoff joined the board of education in December of 2021 after a fourteen-year career with the YMCA. Geoff is the former CEO of the Guelph YMCA/YWCA and former COO of the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. Geoff has created partnerships with municipalities, universities, libraries and private companies and led a resurgence of YMCA investment of over 250 million dollars in communities from Brantford to Windsor. Geoff is also a volunteer in our community and has volunteered with Big Brothers/Sisters, the former board chair for London Middlesex Children's Aid Society and is currently the past board president with the Thames and Talbot Land Trust. 

     
   

Justin Adema
Manager of Long Range Planning and Research, City of London

Justin is the Manager, Long Range Planning for the City of London, where he has worked since 2014. Justin’s responsibilities include oversight of multiple city-wide planning policy projects including a comprehensive review of the London Plan, preparing a new zoning by-law for the City, and updating housing policies to provide affordable housing opportunities to all Londoners. Justin holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and is happy to live and raise his family in London.

 
 

Fred Janzen
Director (Capital Projects), Western University

Fred is the Director (Capital Projects), Facilities Management at Western University.  Fred is part of the leadership team that is managing a significant period of student growth at WU.  Fred oversees a broad and diverse portfolio of construction projects, that includes student residences to clean rooms, to support student growth.  Fred holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Architecture.  Fred is a Director of the LDCA.

     
  

Richard Eyles, CPA, CMA
Vice President, Real Estate Finance, CMLS.

Richard Eyles works with clients to understand their financing objectives and then identify construction and term financing options across real estate types with significant experience in commercial and multi-residential properties. He is involved in financing activities from origination through underwriting and loan fulfillment.
Richard has 15 years experience financing commercial real estate projects starting his career as a commercial mortgage lender working with entrepreneurial businesses. He joined the Origination team at CMLS in 2019 after the merger with IC Funding. Richard holds his Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Western Ontario as well as a CPA, CMA designation.
