LDCA, as part of its Construction Leadership Series and in support of members gaining an effective understanding of the Construction Act, the Changes it will bring and the likely impact on each construction industry stakeholder is pleased to present two seminars: The Construction Act Just the Facts (A Lawyers Perspective).

The two seminars are companions and preparation to the November 26, 2019 Prompt Payment and Adjudication Panel Discussion at Sunningdale G&CC.

These seminars will be led by Kyle MacLean of Advocates LLP.  Kyle will make a brief overview presentation on the Construction Act and then have a Q&A with attendees.  The November 26 event will focus on the practitioners perspective (Owner/Developer, General and Trade Contractor, Architect, etc.).  We encourage attendance at both events.

As attendance is limited, registration is required
